OL exceedingly displeased at certain public displays in the journals. He is most interested to hear what reaction has been there amongst students and staff. Naturally you're watching for signs of sedition. Any reports along these lines should be made to OL via Broome or myself.

Would be particularly unfortunate if there were any defiant acts at this juncture. (Vandalism, e.g.) Given the resourcefulness of the young, do not entirely trust the enforcers to have eliminated all opportunity for such acts.

Believe it possible that I may be sent there as early as tomorrow. Need I say that you ought hope otherwise?

I think defiance is unlikely in the extreme. One never knows, of course. But the students have been startling at slight breezes and going about their business with downcast gazes. Also, only a handful of trusted students have their wands outside of exams and classes.

Advise continued vigilance. A single act of resistance could rally the sullen to mass stupidity.

And trust me when I say that anything of the kind would be met with fury.
